Returns of products, either for the entire order or part of it, can be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.
To proceed with the return process, you must first contact us at info@malinajewelry.gr, stating your intention to make a return, as well as the codes of the items you wish to return. Returns will not be accepted without prior communication.
Returns are not accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted with any courier service, except postal services. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, in the original packaging with which you received them, and with the proof of purchase. Please note that the packaging of the products must be included as it is part of the product.
Please ensure that your return package is sufficiently protected to avoid damage during transport.
The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the contents have been damaged or altered due to inadequate protection.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted provided the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.
Exchanges are not accepted for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
An exchange can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
Discount coupons and discount codes do not apply to exchanges.
To proceed with the exchange process, you must first contact us at info@malinajewelry.gr, stating your intention to make an exchange, the codes of the items you wish to return, and the codes of the items you would like to exchange them for. The products you select for exchange will be provided at the price listed on our e-shop at the time of the exchange process.

Exchange shipping costs are 16,5€ and are the responsibility of the customer. This cost covers the shipping fees for the exchange.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our company ensures to deliver products of the highest quality in excellent condition to our customers.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@malinajewelry.gr on the day of receipt of the package, so we can inform you about the replacement process. The company has the right to request material that certifies the product is defective (e.g., photographic evidence).
A product is considered defective if it malfunctions without having been used. Used products cannot be considered defective.
Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at info@malinajewelry.gr within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

For a refund, you must provide us with the IBAN or bank account number, the account holder’s name, and the bank name for the refund process. Any interbank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are only for the value of the products (excluding interbank fees and shipping costs).
The refund will be processed within 10 working days from the receipt of the returned package to the bank account you have provided.
